Q&A

How our publishing and hosting services work. Something not covered here? Email [email protected].

Do I need my own Google Play developer account?

Only for Guided Publishing and Publish & Transfer. With Console Hosting, your app is published and stays on our console — no account of your own needed.

I have a new personal account. Do I still need closed testing?

Not with Console Hosting or Publish & Transfer. Your app is published on our console and goes straight to production review.

What does hosting on your console mean?

Your app is published under our developer account and stays live there. You keep full ownership of your app, its content, and its brand — we handle the console side: publishing, updates, and any console notices.

How much is hosting after the first month?

$10/month, $49 for 6 months, $89/year, or $249 lifetime (for the life of the app on our console, as long as it follows Play policies). One app update per month is included; extra updates are $15 each. See the Console Hosting page for full details.

What if I pay late or stop paying for hosting?

Your hosting month always runs from the original due date. If payment is late, you get 7 days' grace with the app staying live, but those days count inside the new month — paying late doesn't extend it. After 7 days unpaid, the app comes off our console, or you can transfer it to your own account before then.

Do I get access to your developer account?

No. For account security, all publishing and updates on our console are handled by us.

How long until my app is live?

We submit within 2 business days of receiving complete files. Google's review usually takes a few days after that — approval and timing are Google's decision.

What if my app gets rejected?

We check your app against Play policies before submitting. If the rejection is over our listing or setup, we fix it and resubmit free. If it's about your app itself, the first resubmission is free once you send a fixed build (for hosted apps it counts as your monthly update); a second resubmission is $15. After 3 app-level rejections, we can't submit the same app again — repeated violations put the whole console at risk.

Can the app be transferred to my account later?

Yes — that's the Publish & Transfer service, and hosted apps can transfer out at any time too. Google processes transfers in about 2 business days.

I don't have a website for a privacy policy. Can you help?

Yes. Apps published or hosted with us get their own product page and a hosted privacy policy page on bungalia.org, so you don't need to run your own website for your Play listing.

Can you update my app after it's live?

Yes. Hosted apps include 1 free update per month — send us the new build and we'll publish it. Extra updates are $15 each.

Do you guarantee Google will approve my app?

No — and no publisher honestly can. Approval is Google's decision and depends on your app following Play policies. What we do guarantee is a policy check before submission, a correct and complete submission, and clear guidance if Google asks for changes.
